Our Company

Essentially we have a team approach, with the main partners, Michael Smith and  Karina Avakyan-Smith working together to meet with and provide our clients with our combined solutions.

We also have a team behind us who each offers their own design capability to produce the best for our clients, no matter how big or small the project.

We believe in giving our clients help and advice with sensible solutions with ease of contact and a friendly approach. We understand green issues and work towards a clean environment. Our clients deserve the best we can give and we always try to keep a careful eye on budgets to provide the very best we can to give an exciting end presentation and achieve the best possible chance of obtaining Planning Consents.

Where we are

Our work covers the counties of East Sussex and Kent, but recommendations from our clients have extended the area over which we work as far east as Dover and to Portsmouth in the West and north to the M25.

We have also had the ability to design a small township in Russia and have an ongoing working link with some of the more exciting design projects now developing in Moscow and surrounding areas of Russia,

But, wherever or whatever, we believe all the projects we take on deserve our very best and we give every project the design sensitivity and enthusiasm it deserves.
